Description
Meimeh, or Meymeh in Persian, is the capitol of the Meymeh District in the Shahin Shahr and Meymeh County in Iran. Meimeh rugs are regarded as being among the most beautiful and finest quality rugs, and are therefore very popular and more sought-after than rugs from the neighbouring areas. Meimeh rugs have geometrical motifs, with a simple diamond shaped medallion, containing lots of smaller diamond medallions.
